Navigating the Depths of Leadership and Self
Last month, I shared my insights on self-transcendent leadership in a blog post titled What I Learned About Leadership from Ernest Hemingway. Since then, my journey and exploration of transcendence have progressed further, and I want to share more about this transformative experience with you.
My first encounter with transcendence occurred in 2016 while interviewing Dr. Helena Lass in her office in Tallinn, Estonia. During this interview, I witnessed something that I had never considered possible before—accessing knowledge and wisdom from beyond the mind.
This eye-opening experience sparked a deep desire within me to understand transcendence and integrate it into my own life and work. The realization that we can tap into a source of insight beyond our usual mental boundaries was both exciting and exhilarating.
The years following this initial encounter have been an extraordinary journey of self-discovery and transformation. Exploring transcendence has led me to question my assumptions about the nature of reality and has opened up new possibilities for personal growth and leadership.
Introducing Transcendence
I’m excited to share that my book, Transcendence, will be released in November 2024. It’s a book I attempted to write several times over the past three years, but it wasn’t time yet.
This is not a self-improvement or leadership development book for those looking for increased success, popularity, or more money although that is certainly a likely outcome.
Rather, this book is focused on becoming your true, authentic, sovereign, and enhanced self. It’s a journey into your own greatness.
The book is a deeper invitation encouraging you to:
- Embrace a radical shift in consciousness
- Develop deeper awareness and break free from the mind’s compulsive patterns
- Discover the spacious, creative dimension of awareness that is our true essence
